Welcome to my portfolio - below is a collection of my past and current projects. I am Janet, and I have over ten years' experience as an industrial UI engineer. I now develop Microsoft Power Apps as an associate engineer in a London FinTech company.

Animal Shelter Solution

Paws on Heart is an animal rescue charity that operates animal shelters and liaises with local families to foster animals in need. This project was created for the Microsoft Power Up Program.

This integrated solution has been developed using Dataverse, Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.

This SQL database was created for a jewellery designer who hand crafts her own designs. This solo project was originally built for the Code First Girls 'Data & SQL' course.

PC Shooter Game

Colin is a little NINJA crab, who doesn't like visitors in his territory. He shoots anyone he sees with special powered green bubble bullets. Help little Colin by controlling his movements, but keep in mind his orientation!

Site Information

To meet the needs of modern society, this site has been created to be mobile responsive.

This index (dot) html page is built using the Skeleton-2.0.4 - Responsive CSS Boilerplate. Skeleton is ideal for smaller projects or if all the utility of larger frameworks is not required. It only styles a handful of standard HTML elements and includes a grid, but that is often enough to get started.

Light and fast, at ~400 lines and built with mobile devices in mind. Styles are designed to be a starting point, not a UI framework. Quick to start with zero compiling or installing necessary.
